Surveillance Consulting, Inc. (SCI) provides in-field repair services for all products that we sell.
We have highly trained, reliable personnel in the region. All of our technicians are cross-trained on a variety of access control, video, and intrusion detection products. SCI’s emphasis on product training enables us to provide a level of service that is unmatched in the security industry. In addition, SCI recognizes that providing timely service to our clients is critical. Accordingly, we respond to critical system issues within the same day, and non-critical issues are usually handled within two business days.
All of the products that are sold by SCI are backed by a standard one-year manufacturer warranty. Once the manufacturers warranty period lapses, a customer can request service by SCI on a time and materials basis, or purchase an extended service contact from SCI that covers parts and/or labor.
